Form Vs Fixture Charts for Gameweek 18

Last modified date

Form Fixture Gameweek 18

The next set of matches arrives quickly after those midweek games. Here’s the charts for Gameweek 18.

Form Fixture Gameweek 18

Front Runners

Manchester City are back at the top of the charts for Gameweek 18. They’ve got a tough game against Spurs, but expect them to brush them aside. In defence, Otamendi keeps returning at the cheaper end of the budget. In attack, De Bruyne and Silva are consistently getting starts and returns. Sterling is another option here.

Form Teams

Liverpool, Everton and Leicester are all unbeaten over the last 4. Liverpool have been struggling to convert their chances in attack, so Salah should be plenty. The defence remains inconsistent for clean sheets. Wayne Rooney continues to be among the goals for Everton. Kenny is a budget option in defence, as is Holgate. For Leicester, look to Mahrez in attack and Maguire in defence for Gameweek 18.

Fixture Teams

Huddersfield and Watford face the best run of games, followed by Chelsea and Manchester United. Spurs and West Ham are scuppered by a blank in Gameweek 21, but they do have a double Gameweek 22. Huddersfield and Watford are both struggling for form, so only cheap bench budget enablers are advised here. Schindler and Zanka are good defensive options, who earn regular starts and can provide a threat from set pieces. if positive injury news comes through from Watford, Richarlison is essential through this period. Gomes, Kiko, Doucouré and Kabasele should also be considered. Christensen reminds a bargain in the Chelsea back line. Hazard is a strong captaincy contender week on week, plus Willian and Pedro are options if Morata is out long term. For Manchester United, De Gea and Jones are cheaper entry points for the back line. Given a sudden lack of premium forwards, Lukaku enters the forray once more, but be warned that Ibrahimovic is waiting in the wings after getting back to full fitness,
